\n\nCaleb Dengu(Chairman)<\/span>\n

Caleb Dengu is a Fellow of the British Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators (FCIS), he has a Masters of Business Administration (MBA), Post Graduate Training in Advanced Financial Management Techniques for Public Enterprises from Strathclyde Graduate Business School and Senior Executive Program Africa (SEPA) from Harvard Business School. He is an experienced Development Banking and Finance Professional who has 22 years of experience in international and regional development banking. He is currently the Managing Partner in CDF Trust and Consulting BV, an Investment Advisory Platform and Private Equity management firm. He has sat on several Boards of venture capital companies around the globe representing the Amsterdam based Common Fund for Commodities. Before going to Amsterdam he worked for PTA Bank, a Nairobi based Regional Trade and Development Bank where he was the Senior Finance Officer responsible for project finance.<\/p>\n\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

\n\nMr. M.S. Bindra <\/span>\n

Manraj Singh Bindra is a qualified Chartered Accountant and Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of England and Wales. He is an Associate Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and an Associate Member of the British Institute of Management. He has international experience from countries including the United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom, Australia, Switzerland, Botswana and India working in financial services, manufacturing, retail, government, publishing and construction. He is currently the Managing Partner of MSB Consultancy, Dubai and has vast experience in finance spanning from 1976 having served in various roles including, being the Chief Financial Officer of Al Shamsi Holdings and Finance and Administrative Manager of National Development Trust Limited.<\/p>\n\n<\/div>\n

\n\n Ms Srilatha Cherukuri<\/span>\n\nThe Board of Directors is pleased to announce the appointment of Ms. Srilatha Cherukuri, as a Non-Executive Director with effect from the 1st of August 2024. Srilatha is a registered Chartered Accountant with Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and holds a Master of Commerce from Osmania University, Hyderabad. She has over 28 years of post-qualification experience specialising in Audit, Retail, Airport, PPP, Commercial Real Estate, Infrastructure and EPC domains with reputed companies namely A.F. Ferguson (now a part of Deloitte), RPG Group, GMR Hyderabad International Airport, Tishman Speyer India (Private) Limited and Tata Projects Limited.\nShe has served these companies in various executive roles such as Audit Manager, Head of Finance, Finance Controller, Chief Financial Officer and Head of Corporate Finance. Srilatha has served on various boards in her past assignments. She has been working as an Independent Consultant since 2020, working with companies that develop Software Platforms for companies engaged in agricultural and allied sectors. She also serves as an Independent Director on the board of a wholly owned step-down subsidiary of a Singapore based commercial office space leasing company.\n\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

\n\nRajgopal Swami (Chief Executive Officer)<\/span>\n\nRajgopal Swami holds a B. (Com) Honours Degree from St Xavier\u2019s College, University of Calcutta and a CPA from the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. He is an Associate member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India as well as an Associate member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India.\nHe has more than 30 years\u2019 experience at senior management level in the airports, aviation, infrastructure, mining, project management, energy (including renewables), BOOT, PPP as well as EPC, manufacturing and financial services industries across India, United Kingdom, Asia Pacific, Middle East, and Africa.\nHe has expertise in business turnaround with a proven track record in setting up, scaling up and heading business operations in alignment with organizational goals of revenue maximization and market leadership. Over the last 20 years, he has specialized in business development, strategic planning, business growth & expansion, strategic finance, IPOs and fundraising, corporate governance, risk management, contract management, cost optimization, stakeholder and team management.\n\n<\/div>\n

\n\nMr. A.P. Shanghavi <\/span>\n\nAjay Pratapray Shanghavi is a Mechanical Engineer and Production Engineer and also holds a Marketing, Computer and General Management Diploma. He has over 38 years\u2019 experience in leading and expanding various medium and large-scale companies in industries such as engineering, manufacturing, packaging, IT, ITES, EdTech, financial services, media and entertainment. He has served on various boards encompassing different industries and has in depth exposure to Corporate Management, Taxation, Litigation, Arbitration, Labour Management, Union Management and Business Development.\n\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
